Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
At Lullnest, we stand behind everything we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To Be Eligible for a Return
To qualify for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- The product must be in its original condition, clean and free from damage
- The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- You must provide proof of purchase (your order confirmation email)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that:
- Have been heavily soiled, stained or damaged through misuse
- Are returned without any original packaging and no proof of purchase
- Are returned after the 30-day window has passed
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions above.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Just contact us at:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or faulty
We aim to respond to all return requests within 2 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your Lullnest pillow arrives damaged, defective or not as described, we will make it right immediately. You will have the choice of:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A free replacement sent to you at no extra cost
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or faulty item and include a photo so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, Lullnest will cover the return shipping cost in full.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
