At Lullnest, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. This page explains everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed withinΒ 1 to 3 business daysΒ of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note these are estimated timeframes only. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, high demand periods or circumstances outside our control such as weather events or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs

$50 USD and over Free shipping

We recommend placing orders of $50 or more to take advantage of free shipping. Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to follow your order on the carrier's website.

Please allow up toΒ 3 business daysΒ after dispatch for your tracking information to update.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us atΒ support@lullnest.store.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Lullnest ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees or taxes applied by your country's customs authority upon arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order if you are unsure. Lullnest is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or other members of your household
  2. Check any safe spots the carrier may have left your parcel
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier directly with your tracking number

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us atΒ support@lullnest.storeΒ and we will work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Lullnest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately atΒ support@lullnest.store. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.


Delays Outside Our Control

Lullnest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs or border processing
  • Extreme weather events
  • Carrier disruptions or strikes
  • Public holidays in the origin or destination country
  • High volume periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or public holidays

We will always communicate with you as quickly as possible if we become aware of any significant delays affecting your order.
